Founder of the Studio Notarile Genghini (SNG), a (latin) notary public office and legal consultant firm, with offices in Milan, Rome and Cinisello Balsamo (Milan).
Wide-ranging notary services are on offer: e.g. real estate, commercial law, succession, authentication and general consulting activities. The almost unique specialisation of SNG is in setting up cyber notary activities and facilities.
SNG has also focused his activity on city planning, tax structuration and rationalisation, IT law, with a special focus on privacy and security.
The staff comprises a group of young and dynamic professionals, international in scope, with a special interest in Information Technology.
SNG has established partnerships with academics, lawyers, consultants and financial experts in Italy, Germany, France, Austria, Switzerland and the U.S. In 2000, SNG has signed agreements with leading Universities in Austria and Germany for security research.
Since the making of Italian Legislation on Digital Signatures (June 1997), Mr. Genghini and his staff have been involved also internationally to the making of the Italian Legislation and partecipate to the making of other legislation, establishing positive relationships with governmental agencies of Austria, Finland, Germany, Sweden, UK and, of course, Italy and European Community.
SNG has international co-operation and consulting agreements with Italian and International organisations and companies.
